As a former member of the Chinese Judiciary, Mr Ge is very familiar with resolving a wide range of disputes and enforcing judgments. As a lawyer in private practice, he has focused his practice on the fields of real estate, corporate finance, asset disposal and corporate restructuring.

Mr Ge is committed to providing professional and efficient legal risk prevention measures and dispute resolution services.

He served as a member of the judiciary for over 10 years during which time he was engaged in enforcement work. Because of his excellent work, Mr Ge was appointed to an enforcement division in the Beijing Courts that was responsible for supervision and guidance, major civil and commercial enforcement cases, research, and the drafting of normative guidelines on the execution of judgments. During his time with the courts, Mr Ge was seconded to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Politics and Law, where he was responsible for coordinating with the Public Security Bureau, the People's Procuratorate, and other state organs to handle major economic cases.

After leaving the bench, Mr Ge successively worked at the China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., and a subsidiary of China Huadian group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise, where he was responsible for major project risk disposal and asset preservation projects that resulted in an excess of returns.

Mr Ge started working as a lawyer in 2016, providing legal services to financial institutions, investment companies, real estate companies and high net worth individuals. He has successfully recovered and preserved billions of RMB for his clients.
