Experience

Mr. Yun advises on capital markets, dispute resolution, and corporate governance, further strengthening our capabilities in these areas. Mr. Yun has practiced at leading PRC firms in finance and securities and in dispute resolution. In capital markets, he has worked on restructurings worth over RMB 10 billion and major acquisitions by central SOEs, as well as a mixed-ownership reform of a local chemical group. In litigation and arbitration, he has represented clients in high-value complex commercial cases, including major state-owned power groups, listed companies, IT firms, cultural tourism groups, energy insurers, and education investment companies. He also serves as long-term counsel to companies in education, investment, real estate, and insurance.
