Specializing in financial and commercial dispute resolution as well as non-performing asset disposal, Ms. Zhang Nan brings extensive experience that will further strengthen the firm’s capabilities in these key practice areas.

With a practice focused on complex financial disputes, Ms. Zhang Nan has represented a wide range of financial institutions and corporate clients, including joint-stock banks, trust companies, and asset management firms. She has a strong track record in debt enforcement, asset preservation, and restructuring matters. Her notable engagements include leading a series of cases related to a RMB 10 billion trust project, securing asset preservation of RMB 130 million to fully cover a client’s claim, and facilitating the high-value transfer of multiple non-performing assets.

Before joining Lifang, Ms. Zhang Nan gained valuable in-house and judicial experience through roles in the court system, as well as in risk control, compliance, and special asset management at several financial institutions.
