Ms. Han focuses her practice on intellectual property affairs.  Ms. Han has extensive experience in handling patent infringement litigation, administrative litigation, invalidation and reexamination proceedings, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patent ownership disputes, patent applications, and legal opinion consulting in the technical fields of communication, semiconductors, audio and video codecs, image processing, computer software and hardware, etc.  Ms. Han is particularly adept at handling cases involving Standard Essential Patents (SEPs).
