On 11 January 2024, Beijing Yunxingyu Transportation Technology Co., Ltd (Yunxingyu), for which Lifang & Partners provided legal services, was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange with the stock abbreviation Yunxingyu and stock code 873806.
Yunxingyu is the first Beijing state-owned enterprise to be listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange since its opening, and it is a leading integrated provider of intelligent transportation in China. With its listing, Yunxingyu will fully leverage the capital market to promote a leading brand in the field of intelligent transportation in China.
