Areas of Practice
Mr. Hu specializes in Real Estate and construction industry related law, Corporate Law, Banking and Securities, and foreign trade, as well as General Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. He possesses a solid academic background, and is an experienced business negotiator and law related project designer. He has worked as permanent legal counsel for many large state-owned enterprises and government departments, extensively practicing in construction, real estate development, project financing, M & A, property right determination, and litigation and arbitration.  

Working  Experience

Mr. Hu is a partner with Lifang & Partners.  Prior to joining the firm he taught Civil Law at the Guizhou Politics & Law Institute from 1992 to 1994.  Mr. Hu worked with Hua Lian Law Firm affiliated to the Ministry of Justice and founded Hai Ying Law Firm.  He began practicing as a full time attorney in 1997.
