The resolution of commercial disputes through the Chinese arbitration and court system is an increasingly favored option taken by both the foreign and the domestic parties to a dispute.
Our lawyers have a great depth of experience representing foreign and domestic clients in conducting both informal dispute negotiations and formal dispute proceedings. In relation to formal disputes, this includes representation in conducting administrative review proceedings, local commercial arbitration, IPR and general administrative review proceedings, international arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and judicial proceedings in the People¡¯s Courts.
