The range of services we provide to foreign investors and foreign invested entities includes:
- Advising on PRC laws and regulations applicable to foreign investment and business activities including market entry/exit strategies, business arrangements and liaising with government supervisory authorities.
- Assisting in the setting-up of foreign invested enterprises in China (WFOEs, JVs, representative offices and other entities) including advising on cross-border corporate structuring and financing, tax structuring, foreign exchange, IP registration and corporate liabilities. We also advise on the restructuring or dissolution of foreign enterprises.
- Advising and assisting in cross-border and domestic M&A activities (foreign acquisition of the equity or assets of domestic enterprises) and conducting pre-acquisition legal due diligence.
